Proposals will be submitted in accordance with the Spring 2012 Major RFP. The RFP can be found at http://eef.colorado.edu/rfp/. Please examine the RFP carefully, proposals will not be accepted if they do not follow the guidelines will not be accepted. Proposals will not be accepted after 11:59PM on March 5th, 2012.
